After months of stress, uncertainty, and hard decisions, we’ve made the choice to step away from our former name and move forward under a new identity: RVRₛQ.

This decision didn’t come easily. We poured countless hours, energy, and heart into building our brand, and we worked tirelessly to keep it. But sometimes, the best path forward means letting go of something you’ve fought for in order to gain peace, clarity, and freedom to grow.

Why We Chose to Step Away

Over the past year, we’ve been pulled into a trademark dispute that tested our patience, our resolve, and our spirit. We were met with repeated resistance, despite our best efforts to find compromise.

We tried—again and again—to resolve things fairly through concurrent use agreements that would allow both businesses to operate under their names without conflict. Every time, we were denied. Instead of professionalism, we were met with intimidation, scare tactics, and direct contact attempts that bypassed our attorney.

Throughout it all, we worked closely with our legal counsel, fighting for the name and brand we had poured so much into. It was exhausting. Draining. At times, it felt like no matter how much effort or good faith we showed, the other side wasn’t willing to meet us in the middle.

After countless hours spent going over paperwork, negotiating terms, and searching for solutions, we had to ask ourselves: is this where we want to keep investing our energy?

In the end, we realized the fight was taking more from us than it was worth. It was pulling us away from what matters most—serving our customers and doing the work we love.

Why RVRₛQ?

Our new name carries forward what we’ve always been about: rescuing RVers when they need us most. Whether it’s mobile repairs, tank cleaning, or preventive maintenance, our mission is to get you back on the road quickly, safely, and stress-free.

The subscript “s” in RVRₛQ is intentional. It represents the unique way we approach our work: with creativity, adaptability, and a drive to stand out from the crowd. It’s not just “rescue”—it’s our way of rescue.

This new name doesn’t erase our past—it honors it. Every lesson, every challenge, and every mile of this journey has brought us here.
